Tier One Builds remodels kitchens and bathrooms, renovates whole homes, and builds additions, ADUs, garages, decks, pools and custom homes, from central Austin to Georgetown, Dripping Springs, San Marcos and Bastrop. That means a steady mix of project types, from a one week bathroom to a ground up build.

Licensing
Plumbers need registration or a license from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. Electricians and HVAC technicians need a license or registration from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and HVAC technicians need EPA Section 608 certification. Texas has no state license for roofing, concrete, carpentry or project management.
