What you would work on
- Rough in and top out for remodels, additions, ADUs and new homes
- Cutting and trenching slabs to relocate drains for bathroom and kitchen layout changes
- Repiping older homes, replacing galvanized and cast iron lines
- Water heaters, gas lines, fixture sets and finish plumbing
- Working to pass city plumbing inspections the first time
The trade in the Austin area
Nearly every Austin area home sits on a slab, so moving a drain means saw cutting and trenching to the existing line. Older central Austin homes still have galvanized supply lines and cast iron drains, and Hill Country properties outside city limits often run on private wells and on site septic systems, which changes how new fixtures are planned.
What we look for
- A current Texas plumbing license or registration from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (apprentice, tradesman, journeyman or master)
- Experience on remodels and slab foundations, which are standard across the Austin area
- Reliable transportation and your own hand tools
How our jobs run
Every project has a project manager who schedules the trades, handles permits and inspections and keeps the homeowner informed, so you can focus on the work. Many of our jobs are in occupied homes, so a clean, protected work area at the end of each day matters as much as the work itself.
Licensing
Plumbing work in Texas must be done by people registered or licensed with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. Tell us your license level and number when you apply. Apprentices working toward their license are welcome to apply.

Jobs are across the greater Austin metro, from central Austin to Round Rock, Georgetown, Lakeway, Dripping Springs, Kyle, San Marcos and Bastrop. Our office is at 5758 Balcones Dr, Suite 201A, Austin, TX 78731.
