Homes in Cedar Park
Cedar Park grew fast from the 1980s, with established neighborhoods such as Buttercup Creek and newer ones toward the west. Two story family homes from the 1990s and 2000s make up much of the housing, many with original kitchens and bathrooms that owners are now updating.
Neighborhoods we serve include Buttercup Creek, Twin Creeks, Ranch at Brushy Creek and the rest of Cedar Park.

The ground and climate
Cedar Park sits on limestone at the edge of the Hill Country. Pools, footings and plumbing trenches often hit rock, which is planned into the price. Parts of western Williamson County lie over the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone, where impervious cover is limited.
Permits and local rules
Building permits come from the City of Cedar Park. HOA architectural approval is common for decks, patio covers, pools and garages.
